We will chat about your pain, your goals, and what's been holding you back. Then movement
At your first visit, your physical therapist will conduct a thorough evaluation, go over your personalized care plan, and set treatment goals with you. Your therapy may include exercises, hands-on manual techniques to relieve pain and improve mobility, and various modalities like electrical stimulation, heat, or ice. You'll also receive education about your condition and a home exercise program to support your progress. During this appointment, your therapist will determine how often and how long you'll need treatment.

02. What should i bring?
YourseOn your first visit, you’ll need to bring your physician referral or prescription (if applicable), your insurance card, registration forms, ID, and co-payment (if applicable). You may also bring a change of clothes.

Think comfy, loose-fitting and stretchy. If you'd wear it to the gym, you're golden. And don't forget proper footwear - we love Crocs, but your ankles don't.
05. do i need a referral to start?
Not always! Georgia is a direct access state, so you might be able to start without one. But don't worry - we'll work with your doctors and your insurance to ensure high-quality coordinated care.
